Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has directed mobile network companies to not to impose extra charges from postpaid customers here on Tuesday.
Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar is heading the three-member bench which is hearing the case in this regard.
The apex court was told during hearing that Punjab and Sindh governments are bearing loss of Rs 3 billion per month due these additional charges by mobile network companies.
CJP Mian Saqib Nisar has asked that the loss can be reduced only if charging of commission will be stopped.
