ISLAMABAD:Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan Saturday expressed the hope that Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif would face the cases and appear before courts regularly after return from London.
Dr Firdous, in her tweets, said Shehbaz Sharif had been spotted swiftly roaming on the streets of London and it did not seem that he had any health issue. “It is hoped that now he will not go abroad and attend the courts regularly.”
Welcoming Shehbaz Sharif on his arrival from London, Dr Firdous said he was returning Pakistan after converting his two-week relief into two-month leave. During the period, Shehbaz Sharif had ‘mapped’ London’s streets in his effort to get an NRO (National Reconciliation Order).
The SAPM said it would be better had he (Shehbaz) brought with him Ishaq Dar, his son and son-in-law to Pakistan.
