These celebrities sympathise with Christchurch attack victims’ families

786

We woke up yesterday to immensely heartwrenching and spine-chilling news of a man getting inside two separate mosques, killing every person he saw with an automatic machine gun, killing at least 49 people along with many being injured in Christchurch, New Zealand.

The entire world is shaken by the audacity of the terrorist to get inside the mosque and open fire on innocent, helpless people who were probably immersed in their Friday prayers. Pakistani celebrities are also grief-stricken by the harrowing massacre and they have expressed their condolence via social media, sympathizing with the families of Christchurch attack victims.

Even before yesterday’s eliminator game of Pakistan Super League (PSL) between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United, a minute of silence was observed in the stadium to pay homage to the Christchurch victims.

Just like all these celebrities and everyone who is praying for the victims, we all must stay united in this time of grief and sorrow. May the families of the victims find peace and patience. Please remember them in your prayers.
