Promotion of interprovincial harmony need of the hour, says Askari
Balochistan Health Minister calls on CM
LAHORE: The Caretaker Provincial Health Minister of Balochistan Faiz Muhammad Kakar called on Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Dr Hasan Askari at Chief Minister’s Office, here on Wednesday.
During the meeting, various matters of mutual interest including promotion of interprovincial harmony came under discussion.
Talking on the occasion, Dr Hasan Askari said that Pakistan is a beloved country of all of us and everybody has to play its role in the national development.
Durable promotion of interprovincial harmony is the need of the hour as Pakistan will be further strengthened by promoting brotherhood and cohesion between the provinces.
He said that people living in the province of Balochistan are our brothers and every possible cooperation will be extended to them.
Special Health Secretary of Balochistan government was also present on the occasion.
Strongly condemns Peshawar blast
Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Dr Hasan Askari has strongly condemned Peshawar blast and expressed a deep sense of sorrow and grief over the death of Haroon Balour and others.
He has extended sympathies to the bereaved families and said the more this terrorism incident is condemned, the less it would be. He has also prayed for early recovery of the injured. This tragic incident is a conspiracy to create instability in the country and all our sympathies are with the bereaved families, he added.
