LAHORE: Bank of Khyber (BoK) has elected three directors of the bank in a meeting held on Friday last.
The directors who were elected were Maqsood Ismail Ahmed, Javaid Akhtar.
The directors will assume office as directors of the bank following the State Bank of Pakistan fit and proper criteria is met by` the directors.
The PXS notification said that since the appointment of the directors in banks required the State bank of Pakistan clearance under fit and pepper test criteria, therefore they will assume their offices of directors’ upon receipt of the clearance from the SBP.
The Bank will have to inform the SBP after it receives fit and proper clearance if it is received from the SBP,” it is said.
